About the Retreat
At Tierra de Sueños Lodge & Wellness Center, we’ll spend our days flowing through yoga, exploring the jungle, and visiting some of the most beautiful beaches in the wold. Each practice is designed to ground you in your body, deepen your connection with others, and expand your capacity for joy.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to explore Playa Chiquita’s unspoiled coastline, snorkel among coral reefs, lounge under palms, or sip fresh coconut water while listening to the call of toucans and howler monkeys.
From morning meditations, to waterfall hikes and late-night stargazing, this retreat is an adventure inside and out.

Playa Chiquita is one of the safest and most welcoming areas of Costa Rica—a small, peaceful beach village where locals look out for one another and travelers feel at home. It’s quiet, walkable, community-oriented, and known for its calm beaches and relaxed energy, making it an easy, stress-free place to travel and explore.
Just a five-minute walk from our bungalows, the beach offers:
Reefs for snorkeling with tropical fish
Palm-shaded spots for relaxing in the sand
Seasonal waves for surfing or calm waters for swimming
You’ll also find cozy cafes, local farmers markets, and delicious restaurants nearby — blending the wild beauty of the jungle with the warmth of community life.
Our retreat home is Tierra de Sueños, a serene jungle eco lodge designed with art, soul, and sustainability in mind.
7 unique Caribbean-style hardwood bungalows surrounded by lush greenery. Each cabin holds 2 (one queen, one twin bed).

Fresh Meals
Nourishment is part of the practice. Local chefs will prepare three fresh, vibrant meals daily, using organic and locally sourced ingredients. Expect tropical fruits, Costa Rican staples, and plant-based meals that leave you feeling energized and satisfied. All food included in your stay!
