
ABOUT ME
I’m Brittnee, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding students into deeper strength, flexibility, and presence. I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa training and 300-hour Ashtanga training, blending the fluidity and creativity of Vinyasa with the discipline and precision of Ashtanga.
Over the years, I’ve owned my own yoga studio, led group classes, retreats, and 1:1 mentorships. Now, I focus on helping students refine their personal practice—whether that means building confidence in foundational poses, exploring advanced asana, or learning how to move with more breath, presence, and ease.
My approach is hands-on, highly personalized, and rooted in the belief that yoga isn’t just about doing the poses—it’s about discovering how to move in a way that feels strong, centered, and alive in your own body.

A short consultation so I understand your goals and needs.
A customized 60-90 minute yoga session designed just for you in the convenience of your home or office.
Hands-on assists (in-person) or detailed verbal adjustments (online) to help you find deeper alignment and expression of each pose.
Breathwork and mindfulness tools you will carry beyond the mat. (great for those who experience anxiety)
